Rebecca Mitchel

Owner, CEO

With a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Rebecca has a wealth of experience in restaurant development and management. She managed for Eataly and BR Guest Hospitality before landing a consulting role in Florida. Now she can finally share her stuffed French toast concept!

John locascio

Owner, Executive Chef

As a professional chef since his teens, John just completed four years of working for BR Guest, most recently as kitchen lead. About 10 years ago, John drove trucks for a living—he cannot be more prepared to introduce STUF’D to his hometown!

 

Joseph Recalde

Owner, Sous Chef

Adversity doesn't faze Joe as a Veteran from an Afghanistan-based Air Force unit. Although he is merely 27, Joe has been cooking since age 5. While overseas, he fabricated, owned and operated a breakfast food truck. Time to present his newest truck!
