Owner, CEO
With a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Rebecca has a wealth of experience in restaurant development and management, as well as interning as a caterer. She managed for Eataly and BR Guest Hospitality before landing a consulting role in Florida. Now she can finally share her stuffed French toast concept!
John locascio
Owner, Executive Chef
As a professional chef since his teens, John just completed four years of working for BR Guest, most recently as kitchen lead. About 10 years ago, John drove trucks for a living—he cannot be more prepared to introduce STUF’D to his hometown! Now he gets to drive his very own food truck!
